flight ticket booked on30th may not refunded

I m Dr. Amol kholamkar booked ticket from website of irctc for flight. From Mumbai to Delhi on 30 th may. Flight is of go air company . Due some problem in protal of web site ticket did not booked . Irctc people told me refund of money done in respective bank a/c I.e. Icici bank .
The process takes around 7 working days. Amount is .4977 rs. Transaction I.d. For this was 5000008878
I ve send them email with my bank transaction details in word format as told by customer care of irctc for flight. After calling them so many times it’s not refunded plz do needful
I m frustrated from all this. I ve my study for my dnb exams. Being student I need help from ur side
