As a customer of a Service co-operative bank i have a Fixed deposit, recently i have closed my FD account. The FD is for 1 year and i have closed it after 84 days. The interest rate of 45 to 90 days is 8% and for one year it is 10.5%. Due to the premature closing i have lost 1% so the interest rate i got for 84days is 7%. But the bank given interest only for two months ie 60days. the bank said there is no provision for getting interest for 84 days. If it comes under consumer grievance kindly help me.
