Final Settlement not done since 4 months

Name of company/service: Educomp Solutions Limited

I had been working in Educomp Solutions Limited from June 2009 to Feb 2012 for 3 years.I resigned on Jan’20 and I served my notice period for one month as per organisation policy.I just got a information of Final Settlement calcution. But they have not yet cleared the same since 3 months.

I request you to take it up legally and help me to get my final settlement.
