i had resigned the company ” SRI KRISHNA DEVELOPPERS” as admin/ front office executive which was accepted by the HR of the company Mr. S.N.Rao for immediate releaving and payment of my salary amounting Rs.8,300/- along with my leave encashment within 15 days. However i have not yet received any form the company. I had already forwarded many mails to all the HOD’s including the MD but have not yet received any feedback. Further, the company is not registered as per the law of companies act and no PF or ESI is being paid by them. Request you to kindly take action against such false companies
