Location/place: KOLKATA

Name of company/service: TATA DOCOMO

My mobile no is 9831443518,unfortunately they charged me Rs 7000for monthly rental as ARP(Annual Rental Plan) without my concent.lots of mail & telephonic complaint they still not solve my problem,repetedly they miscommunication with me & finally my connection was barred for long time back.This is my official no<lots of customer is facing problem for not contacting with me.pls do something & solve this issue earliest.
