I had an internet connection of tikona broadband for six month plan and i had paid rs.3000 for six month in feb 2012, but in march 2012 i had sifted the new room and requested to install the service in new room , but in my new address no coverage of tikona service ,than tikona installation engineer tell that ur account has been closed due to no coverage and your rest of amount is refund but company has not refund my rest amount. For this regarding many time call and mail the customer care. But u tell that concerned department call u and u can resolved the problem and give the refund. but no any call us me and not give refund, My Service ID 1105824978 has been terminated as on 2nd May 2012 but not give refund yet, As per company rule after disconnection within 30-45 days give the refund, but my account is closed before 3 months and company send this massage ( With reference to your email/F&F letter signed dated 25th March 2012 requesting for disconnection of Tikona Services, we hereby confirm that services for your Account No. 117306206 having Service ID 1105824978 has been terminated as on 2nd May 2012).but now yet not give my extra amount. so sir please help me and get my extra amount.
