FEEDING WITH WRONG INFORMATION AND DOING FRAUD

I wanted to upgrade my set top box to HD box, and had clearly told them before hand that I have already recharged my annual mega pack, so it should not e hampered in any case.

What I was told was if I return my old box then HD channels would be available free of cost for 4 months, or else if I keep the old one then it would be free for 1 month, after which I would have to recharge with Rs. 100 for HD channels.

Presuming this I agreed to upgrade to HD box, for which I was charged Rs.2599 and was assured that HD channels would be activated in another 24 hrs. Today its been more than 24 hrs as the box was installed on 16 July evening, but no HD channels have been upgraded so far.

On contacting the call centre, what I have been told is that no add on package can be added to Mega Pack, and now I have to further take an annual HD package.Even my Rs2600 have been wasted, as I am not getting any services out of it.

This means that their employees are simply trained to sell the packages by forging the customers and feeding them with wrong information. They been openly doing this fraud, which is so awful.

I would request you to kindly look into the matter and help us.
