I have ordered for Berg Tandoor through my credit card to Ava Merchandising in December 2009, order no. HD3677. I have received the product in January 2010 first week, but the side handle was broken by the time I received. I have requested to dispatch new handle, but Ava customercare told that they pick up delivered product and send me new piece with in 7 working days. For every call of 7 days we were told to wait for next 7 days. After 2 months ( in March) of this scenario, they told us that they would dispatch us the handle only within next 7 working days. But now it is May 13th 2010 till now we did not receive any handle and when we call them the story of next 7 working days repeats. And they are not ready to cancel the product and refund us. They say that they cannot cancel the product. Please let me know what should be done.
