sir my brodband stopped working on 29 may 2012 . complained this to airtel cusrtomer care on 30 may 2012 one of their technitian came and told me that we need to rewire this. same time he lodged a complaint to rewire on mobile but that complaint was registered on 1 june 2012. and by 01 june 2012 they did not rewire the connection till now and i called then about 40 time in between 18 days but there is no responce they only say that we dont have cable. as soon as we will get cable we will come to you. then they start saying that we will do it tommorrow or tommorrow evening. I called their nodle office bhopal Ms. Nidhi Jain attended me and told me that on 15 june 2012 my problem will be resolved but nothing happened. no one is there to contact no senior attend the call no one help me only i get dates. i want to fix this problem soon and want rebate (waiver) of these 18-20 days bill. thank you
