Faulty Product & Worst Customer Service.

Hello,

I have purchased a 1.5 ton AC from blue star and having problems and a lot problems with that AC, when i complained about the problem they blaimed the “Stableizer” , we replaced that too and spent 1100.RS more for that but we are still facing problems and the Blue Star staff always say that they will reach us shortly and keep on delaying the matter,we have lodged the last compalint on 6-1-2012 but its 6-9-2012 and no action from there side, i can not afford to spend on another AC if this goes bad, please take an action soon.
