Faulty Product and No service after 2 Weeks passed and still waiting ..

Name of company/service: Hitachi Air Conditioner

I bought a Hitachi Air Conditioner from Croma store at G. Noida (Ansal Plaza)the instalation happend in 2 days and since then the Air Conditioner is not working and i have been telling the store to send the engineer to fix it or replace it if it is faulty but after chasing them they keep telling me that some one will come to my place and its the peek time of the heat wavys and humid.. I spend 33000.00 on this crap Ac and don’t know where to complaint to get these company paneltise for this kind of bad behaviour and service attitude.. Please advice for next step ???
