Faulty product
My name is Akash Gupta and my mobile number is 9039743597.
I bought a D-Link Wireless N 150 ADSL2+ 4-port Ethernet Router (DSL-2730U) from Snapdeal.com ( Order Id: 589414894 ).
The product started giving problem within 10 days. I contacted snapdeal customer support and asked them for replacement and they told me that its not there problem and I should product customer support.
I contacted the product customer support, they told that its a hardware issue and the product need to be replaced.
Replacement of the product will take around 15 days to get replaced. So after paying full amount and buying a new product, I will be stuck with no device. So what is the meaning buying a product.
So never buy any product from Snapdeal.com. Its a fake and fraud company making fool of customers.
