Dear sir.
Based on the advertisement in indiatimes newspaper I have purchased a Sylvania 10 inches Touch Screen Tablet PC for Rs 5999.00. booking # 3001534307, delivered on 10-10-2012 though First flight Courier Doc # LB2016897, I was happy and paid the money of 5999.00. there was no bill issued at the time of delviery.
On opening the box i found that the unit was not in order and covering plates for the speaker is displaced, on switcung the unit it vibrates for 2-3 ans goes off. we were very much disppinted on the product.
I have informed the above problems and wanted a replacements but still today i ahve not received any repalcement and i even posted the compint to to ecalation desk, some time i received reply e-mails which mentions reverse pickup is organised, no word of replacment at all and no concrete actions were taken. my todays phone call to the customer cell # 09024666666, lost for 36 minutes has consumeed my money and energy, but no results.
Biill not issued on purchase, Repalcement not made till date,
There is NO WTY / GTY details / booklet / a piece of document along with the shipment,
it is more than 120 days, issue still pendig, the seller and the marketer are not bothered,
I pray your kindly to your office to consider this e-mail as consumer complaints and suitable action may be taken for the repalcemnt and a compensation accordingly so that this situation can not arise to any other my fellow indian citizens.
