i am G.Elango,bought nokia c5 03 previous year and had lot of
problems with it.because of your timely intervention i got replacement
from nokia. But when they gave me a replacement at nokia service center
near satyam theatre by mr.pandiaraj ph.no.9884411900 from nokia sim slot
from that mobile came off. when i enquired about mr.ram who was
delivered the mobile said it is not a problem and repaired it. some
months later again the mobile started to hang again and again and
finally two weeks before sim slot came off.i was still having warranty
period.so i went to handfone care center in Tambaram .They told me it
wont get cover in warranty period and i have to pay rs.744 to rectify
it.Again i contacted Mr>pandiaraj from nokia and he asked me to visit
handsfone center again where i was asked to meet Mr.Rex who was the
owner.
Today i went to meet him and he was not available
and the response was futile.for the past 1 year i was going through
severe mental agony and pain because of the attitude and irresponsible
behaviour from the people of nokia.kindly do the needful to solve my
case and take necessary action against the concern. my only hope lies in
your action.
