I, saif, purchased an a/c from hindustan refrigeration stores, Darya Ganj, Delhi on 19th july 2012. And today it is 26 Jul, 9 days has gone but the your a/c has not given any benefit for the price i have paid. it did not started even once I have purchased it to give comfort to my family from such a boiling heat in Delhi. Moreover the month of Ramadan is on. The heat and discomfort is intolerable. There hab been no proper assistance from HIndustan Refrigeration Stores. They have only sent 2 boys who came and installed it but they were not been able to start the set. Further they said it has some pcb circuit or some chip set problem.
But now i am disheartened by services and product has already been in vain. I called for Azure service support, but did not got any solution
I have paid for a new a/c and what they are saying that they will repair the chipset from the IDU. And i am not going to accept such a thing as i have not paid for second or a faulty a/c.how can i accept a repaired a/c for the price of new one.
now azure customer head alpana ji, mr srinavasan, and mr. venkatesh are saying that they will not be replacing the indoor unit(IDU), in whatsoever condition.
i want the product in sound condition from them because i have paid for it in full and final out of my savings.
take some decision in the safeguards of consumer interests.
