I HAD A PURCHASE OF A NETSETTER PAYING Rs 1700/- & WAS TOLD TO HAVE 2gb & 1 MONTH VALIDITY ON 1-11-2012.
AFTER PURCHASING I WAS TOLD THAT IT IS ACTIVE BUT MY COMPUTER DID NOT IDENTIFIED THE DEVICE AFTER INSTALLING THE SOFTWARE,
the executive from idea also seen the same fault,
after that it just worked for one day & then stopped responding.
When I apporched to outlet they told me my balance is nil, I asked them it can’t be happen because I did not used that much data & to kindly show me my data usages.
It was surprising there was not even my name got registered as user in there database even after 22 days from purchase.
I think it is a very shameful thing for a well known company like Idea to not to register a customer even after 22 days from his purchase & not to provide proper service to him.
The customer care executive says that I had the total usages of my data & also he is unable to show it to me because as per his information my name is not yet updated in
