Faulty mobile handset sold on FLIPKART online portal

I have purchased Panasonic Eluga Ray 700 mobile phone from your portal on 13 May 2018. The product was delivered on time on 14 May 2018. after using the phone for few days i found that the phone was having heating problem. while using the phone for even the 1 or 2 min the phone is getting heat up. I filed a complaint for replacement of the product on 21 May 2018. Since then every time your executive calls up and ask me to check for mobile settings which are of no use and the problem is not resolved. Every time when your executive calls i explains him that the settings that they are informing are not resolving my problem but they are not ready to accept the same and wasting my time and delaying the process of replacement. its more that 15 days now that i am struggling with your executives and not finding any solution. this is very much frustrating and I am feeling cheated. it looks like that Flipkart is just wasting my time and at the end you will say that it is now too late to replace the product and i will be forced to keep a faulty product. this is very much unprofessional on part of Flipkart and you are fooling people in name of providing false customer support to the buyers.

Now Flipkart has denied to replace or refund the faulty product.
