Dear Sir,
I would like inform you that on last month i.e; on June 6th i have bought one Micromax X78 model mobile thru Homeshop18…but from the day of my purchase i found some problems in my mobile…the camera is worst and the flash light is not working…i went to the customer care but they told me that this model has some problem like this and that is why the manufacturer has band the model immediately after launching the same…Now Every day the i found new problems in the mobile for example the mobile took current while in charging which is highly dangerous and many many other problems are there and that is why i need my complete money back or replacement…i have launched a complain in Homeshop18 on 7/8/12 and the complaint no is-72937491…Also they have confirmed me that within 48 hours they will resolve my problem but till now no one has called me up…
Sir, this is my sincere request to you to take legal action so that in future no one can be a victim like this…
