My Average gas unit was approx 11units,but then suddenly I got a bill for 100units.I complained to Mahanagar Gas Ltd,where they sent their technician to check the meter.He observed that there was leakage in the pipe which he repaired.After contacting MGL Kalina office personally to give us the avg bill,in which he refused and asked me to pay for the whole 100 units.They came back again to check the meter and this time they told us that we must have used 100 units in that particular month.I was shoccked as how it is possible when we are a family of 3 using at an avg of 11units per month can suddenly use 100 units.After repeated complaints nothin fruitful has come out & we are worried that they may dicontinue our gas line.
