I have order a a Karbonn tablet, which start complaining after two days, we sent the device to service center of Karbonn they confirm problem in screen. And Service center generated a certificate for replacement. And asked us to send the product back to seller (banglore)

We sent the product back to seller, within two days. But it nightmare now it now going to be one month since we are following up with seller for product.

Seller is giving us false information about dispatch of good, claiming it has been dispatched. Still one week after dispatch it has not been received. On calling back they say it will dispatch soon.

I did not receive any extended help from either Tradus or seller. Customer need to be beware for such unsatisfactory online deal.
Height of ignorance is when we told them we will go to consumer court if either product or money is not refunded. Seller say lots of people complain in consumer court. This show how insensitive they are against consumer service.

Shopping online sometime turn into nightmare.
