Name of company/service: Naptoll/Karbonn Smart Tab1
I purchased a Karbonn Smart tab1 on May 20th 2012, which was delivered to me on 5th June 2012 via Aramex courier. On 7th June i put a memory card in it and within few minutes the memory slot heated and burned with the card. I lodged a support ticket at the as follows however not getting a resolution from Naptoll or Karbonn Service center.

I received a call from Naptool last week to go to the nearest service center and show them the invcice as this is under one year warranty. It has been a pathetic experience so far, i went to the service center at Bhopal at the below address as service cetner given on the Karbonn website;

they simply denied that this product is not listed for warraty in their system. besides they even said any web purchase through naptool they do not have information to service for free, however they offered to repair the product at a cost paid by me. This product i received on 5th june 2012 and had problem on 7th june 2012. Below mail trail has all the details and order number as : 4026269.
Please do the needfull immediately else i will have no choice but to put this issue under consumer court.
