I bought a Sony Xperia S handset from themobilestore.in around 09.05.2012, after using the same it was found that the phone had a technical issue of overheating while using it for media or gaming purpose and the sound for the same was too low.
I had presented the phone to service centre for checking and replacement on 13.05.2012 for which I got the replaced handset on 22.05.2012 things were ok for couple of days and again the lighting strikes and phone gave same issue, this time the phone started to reboot itself any point of time.
I resubmitted the handset to service centre Accel Frontline located at tardeo on 04.06.2012 and the personal at service centre said that the phone would again go for replacement.
On 06th June 2012 I got a call from Sony Centre Chennai for the colour confirmation, I told them that if the blacks have issue send me a white one, also requested them to send the same at the earliest, the person at Chennai centre assured that I will get the handset by 12.06.2012 as they have checked the same and all is ok.
On 11.06.2012 I call the service centre they don’t have any details of the handset being dispatched from Chennai centre, and when I call up the Chennai centre Mr. Vyas said that he will dispatch a white colour handset by 4.00 pm and I will get the same by 12th or 13th June 2012.
today on 12.06.2012 when I called for the status on the dispatched the service centre personal again has no idea about the same and asks me to wait for 3-4 days more, then I call the Chennai centre Mr. Vyas first said that the same is dispatched then after few seconds he checked with the dispatch team and technical team that’s when he came to know that there are no white colour handset in stock and will have to wait for days not know how many.
Thus requested Mr. Vyas of Chennai Sony Centre to send me a Black handset on urgent basis oz it been about a month I have bought a handset of Rs. 31000/- and used it for just 10 days hands on.
