Dear Sir/Madam,
I am Mr. Vinayak Vitthal Vadavane residing at Sundarban Residency Bldg. No. 2, Wing B, Flat no. 09, Sinhgad, Road, Vadgaon Budruk, Pune has purchased a Mobile handset from M/s. Telephone Shoppy, Shop No. 01, Purva Plaza, 515/516, Sadashiv Peth, Near Dnyan Prabodhini, Pune-30. And details as mentioned below:-
A Mobile handset of Lava International Ltd. Company Model B8, Color – Black, IMEI No.1: 910549500546325, IMEI No.2: 910549500646323, Battery No. JD10K0005693, TC No. AD10L0094417, Serial No.B8410L0014532 with HF No. Data Cable, Memory Card and handset warranty of one year as per mentioned in invoice.
The above mentioned mobile handset with accessories purchased vide invoice No. 33743, dtd. 01.12.2011 by paying an amount in full settlement through Debit Card payment to M/s. Telephone Shoppy, Shop No. 01, Purva Plaza, 515/516, Sadashiv Peth, Near Dnyan Prabodhini, Pune-30.
The above mentioned mobile handset incurred a technical problem three times before six months duration from purchase date.
First repairs time the technical problem was I could not call anybody through handset it was a Technical / Software based major problem and I have instructed by M/s Telephone shoppy to repair handset through an authorized service Centre situated at Rasta Peth, Pune. But after one month the handset got another Technical / Software based major problem i.e. handset key operation function, handset keys like ‘E’ , ‘R’, ‘T’, ‘F’ are getting delay (operates after 3 or more times of pressing keys ) for operation also calling and calling disconnect keys are also operating after 3 or more times of keys pressing that’s why I can not call anybody, can not save contact names numbers, I can’t messages anybody so I went to M/s. Telephone Shoppy two and more times but the representatives are saying either leave your handset frequently to us for every repair or use your mobile as it is because you will get buy back value not more than Rs. 900/- (actually I have purchased the handset for Rs. 3,920/-).
Hence kindly understand my problems that neither I getting repair my handset nor getting buys back value, is it accountable? I am sharing Above my all queries are not only with M/s. Telephone shoppy but also with M/s. Lava International Ltd. Company .
