My handset was submitted Motorola authorized service center(Sai Communication, Ghanta Ghar Ghaziabad U. P.) in the m/o July 2012 and since then it is there only.
I have been without phone for last 7 months.
They are not able to rectify the problem or neither providing me a new handset.
