Name of company/service: Naaptol.com
I have purchased htc g-1 3g android mobile through naaptol.Com vide order no.3149793 dated january, 2 2012, for which I have made many complaints and the naaptol.com agrees to refund the amount & told me to send the mobile via Blue Dart Courier.
As per the reply of the naaptol.com I’ve send the product through blue dart courier vide AWB No. 13594912004 dated 13th June 2012.
After sometime I have contacted to the naaptol customer care, they informed me that the mobile is received in their office on 28th of june & it tooks 15 days for the refund process.
After 15 days I’ve send 2 mails to the naaptol on ([email protected], [email protected]) but still there is no reply from naaptol
So I came here on the consumer forum to get my cash back from naaptol.com, as they did not give any reply of mails.
