FAULTY EQUIPMENT SPLIT AC

Location/place: NEW DELHI

Name of company/service: WHIRLPOOL INDIA

I purchased 1.5 tonne Split AC of Whirlpool from Next Malviya Nagar. From the day one its remote had been not been functioning.After repeated calls and follow up their service engineers turned up Initially Remote was replaced.It did noit work.Then Digital Display was Changed .It Did not work.Now they say the PCB has to be replaced.I thereafter asked them to replace with a new indoor unit to whcih they agreed and promised to deliver it 0n 2nd June .It did not happen. Repeated followup resulted in a mail that new indoor unit shall be replaced by 12th June. Today is 18th June, still there is no news from Whirlpool India. I am writing this mail with great agony and now through this forum I want to the issues to be resolved immediately.It is almost two months and I am not able to use the split AC.
