sir,
i have bought a car laura in sept 2010 from udaipur car dealer jai car private ltd., since that day i am facing trouble in my air conditioner. after complaining from last 1.5 year they agreed to change it few days back with a promise to replace it within 5 days.
i gave the car to them on 6 th june 2012. till today after 10 days they are not ready to deliver it back to me, i have lodged a complaint to their customer care via mail on 13 th june, even after 48 hours no body has bothered to call me. i have registered a complaint against the dealer and company person on 14 th june complaint no spl 13442.
but no response till today.
i want to lodge a complaint againt the dealer and company for this mental harresment and also of not delivering my car.
pls tell me the procedure
