I have online ordered a Blackberry cell phone Model No. 9630 by the site www.dealsandyou.com on 02/06/2012. My order number is 619743. I received a courier on 11/06/2012. The seal of blackberry box was broken, phone was found broken & hand free was duplicate. I immediately made a complaint on customer care number of dealsandyou.com i.e. 0120-6726777. My complaint number was 286352. On discussion with concerned person of delasandyou, they gave me assurance of free of cost exchange of this faulty product with in maximum in ten days. They also said that some person from their courier agency will came and take this faulty product from me within 2 days of complaint made i.e. 11/06/2012.
But till date i.e. 18/06/2012 no action is taken by the company to resolve my problem. On 15/02/2012 I made a call to them for inquiring about the status of my complaint. In reply of my phone call, they said that they are again forwarding my complaint to their concerned team & they gave me a second complaint number i.e.296863. I am making phone calls to their customer care number again and again but they are unable to exchange my faulty Blackberry 9630.
