FAULTY AND DEFECTIVE MOBILE PHONE

I RECEIVED SONY ERRICSON MOBILE PHONE ON 16th JUNE 2012.IT WAS DELIVERED ON THAT DAY AND I PURCHASED FROM NAAPTOL-ONLINE SELLER.THE PHONE WORKED FOR JUST 5 DAYS AFTER WHICH IT IS NOT WORKING AT ALL.I AM NOT BEING ABLE TO DO ANYTHING WITH IT AS THE PHONE IS DEFECTIVE AND FAULTY.IT COSTED ME RS 10300 BUT NOW I CANT MAKE OR RECEIVE CALLS FOM THE PHONE AS IT IS NOT SWITCHING ONN/LCD SCREEN NOT FUNCTIONING.I CALLLED THE CUSTOMER CARE AND THEY SAID TO GIVE 48 HOURS TIME .THEY SEND AN E-MAIL TO ME ASKING ANOTHER 5-7 DAYS.BUT TILL TODAY NO RESPONSE FROM THEM.THEY HAVE CHEATED ME AND NOW IT SEEMS THEY WONT REPLACE THE PHONE OR REFUND THE MONEY.PLEASE HELP ME.THE ORDER NUMBER OF THE PRODUCT IS 4161660//INVOICE NUMBER IS 839981/DL/0113923/2012-2013.
