Fashion and You is a FRAUD site

Hi,
I made an order on 16th of June,2012,I have not received my product yet.Order No.is 2027904.I am calling everyday since last 15 days,support people dont provide any update.I asked them for refund,for refund also they said they cant do that.I am fed up of calling them.
