I purchase a mobile Phone Model Number LG E 405, dated 26.10.2012, in box i found a facility given that 5oo mb mobile net free for 1 month if i use any airtel sim with this model. so, i use one airtel sim number 9163449849. but no free net was given. i contact to the customer care for that, they give information that if i rechage rupees 150 then i give that facilities, they also told that with this recharge i give another facilities that is 100 mb 2g internet for every month for one year. as per information i rechage 150 rupees on 29.10.2012 at 6.38 pm and then i give the first facility which given with moblie set (i.e. 500 mb net uses). but after one month 29.11.2012 no 100 mb net facility given, i contact to customer care agent, after varification they told, ‘yes you given’. but wail for 48 our. yester day when i again contact to the castomer care agent they now told, ‘no you not given that facility’, as that type facility no more.
sir, i am a servent of india, i realise it is a malpractice, as i saw in our service life, becuse i am a employee of Calcutta High Court.
sir, my humbly requested to you that you may punished to that service provider for false statement which misguide the poor indian.
i also inform you that that phone number two time surprisingly deducted 50 and 20 rupess(though DND servie was activated), which they returen after hotty conversation with the casetomer service agent.
as an indian it is my duty to inform to your knowlege, as this type of crime a punisable offene.
