False promises from Lifecell international.

Dear sir,
I have enrolled with LifecellInternational to preserve cord and blood of my new-born baby. I have paid all initial money. My baby born on 6-March-2012. Lifecell has promised me that all the papers of preservation reports will receive within 45 days. But I haven’t receive any papers till date. I talked with many people of Lifecell, but no one helping me and just giving false promises.
Seeking your help in this matter.

  1. I have register with lifecell for the preservation of stem cells of my child; however, the process could not be completed due to technical difficulties. In spite of my repeated reminders after that , Lifecell, never responded to my mail and telephonic request . They have taken Rs 12500/- as the first installment and five ECS permissions (Rs 12500×5) for the same. Neither the company has refunded the amount nor it answering any of my communications.

    I advice to be extremely careful while dealing with his company. Please think that how such company can commit the preservation of the stem-cells for 20 years, if it can not behave professionally even for 20 days. Please advice me what legal actions can i take.

    Another point: never give any advance amount or ECS to such companies

    its a big fraud company, very cheaper process & no tissue extraction lab,
    they were bluffing clients by their adds & film actresses .
    before enrollment kindly ask him either he is agent are company employee.

    Dont trust Lifecell agents, they were not company employee, kindly check their agreement. before their presentation, its complete different apart from agreement. am one of client of LIFECELL. after delivery they make me rang regarding my stem cell were reached safely. after a month they intimate through call, that my stem cell were contaminated. then i discussed with local agent & manger, They says am responsible for that incident, because we were not company employees. even they said me that if any graft failure circumstances occurs, company pays us 100000/-, no one responding my call past 7 months.

  4. Lifecell customer care is really pathetic and I wonder if I can ever retrieve the sample they collected from me with all those tall claims. None of their customer care numbers work and the emails return a failure to deliver error every time. I called the guy who sold me their package and he said the login errors, customer care phones, etc. will start working within 1-2 days and 1+ month later status is still the same. I am considering taking legal action on these frauds and their tall claims! Am not mentioning my CRM number here because when they aint responding to their own email ids and phones, its impossible they will respond to my complaint here. TO ALL FUTURE PARENTS: THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD!!! DONT EVER BUY THEIR PACKAGE AS YOU WILL NEVER EVER BE ABLE TO RETRIEVE YOUR SAMPLE WHEN NEEDED LET ALONE IN ANY URGENT SITUATION WHERE YOU WILL KEEP SEARCHING FOR THEIR WORKING CONTACT DETAILS EVERYWHERE TO NO AVAIL!

    I have been preserving my son’s stem cells from March 28th 2006. Every year Lifecell staff comes and collects the amount from me. This year they are charging an extra amount of Rs 200 which was not done before. I would like Lifecell to withdraw this amount as this is not been informed to customers like me earlier. It is unfair to customers when they are not informed of this and surprised.

    Lifecell has no coordination between their various departments.

    Lifecell contaminated my cord tissue. They try to keep you in dark as if nothing has happened. Is there any body done consumer case against them ?

    They never follow standard medico legal protocol, transport in the last flight, never on Sundays, & in road by A courier which takes 18 hours to a 300 km road. They took 5 days to reach the sample to lab.

    You should contact to the CEO of this company Mayur Abhaya Srisrimal for quick solving of anymal. First send them a legal notice, than talk.

    Its a fraud company..please don’t enroll with Lifecell… Instead there are many other companies who provide much more services than Lifecell…please do think and then enroll

    I have enrolled in lifecell in the month of sep’16 and the stem cells of my baby was collected at the time of birth in oct’16. My blood samples that is maternal sample was collected twice and after eight months i came to know that my sample was spoiled and no test was performed on it. This sample is used if in case any of the parent needs the stem cells in future but now it is not possible. The reason for enrolling with lifecell was to secure the health of entire family but now it is not possible. This sample should be collected within one month after the delivery and not afterwards. This mistake can not be corrected and shows that lifecell is not at all a reliable company for handling my baby’s stem cells. Government should ban such unauthentic companies who are playing and mishandling with our blood and cord samples. I have lost trust on lifecell and worried about my baby’s stem cells as well that how they will keep them safely.
