Name of company/service: DELL INDIA – XPS 13
I had placed an online order for the Dell XPS 13, on April 25th 2012 as the product had still not hit retail stores. The product included the MDP2VGA Converter cable in the price – this was confirmed by their Sales Agent processing the payment Mr. Deepak Y Kumar. However the cable did not come in the box. Have been sent back and forth between sales-technical support-customer care, who now inform me that the part is not included in the system and the case is closed. I cannot understand how a physical part (ITEM)is not part of an order. The correspondence between the above 3 departments of Dell and the consumer (self) is attached herewith.
