I have forced the mobile bill amounting @ Rs 4000/- against consuming @ 576 MB with my regular 125/- per month mobile srevice plan. I had slected the 2 Gb at Rs 149/- per month plan and afterwards 10 paise per 10 kB chrging. But now the co. charging huge amount against just 576 MB data consumption (2GB=2000MB). I request you to please help me to have bill as per the plan and I will produce the details as and when required regarding the complaint.
