Hi,
I had a credit card from ABN Amro bank and I already settled all the due amount against the above credit card in the year of 2007. I already have the NOC letter from the bank. The loan account no. is PHOENIXARC – R1CP451674
But after few weeks of the closing of the above account, I have been receiving calls from ABN amro bank that I have taken a loan of Rs. 50,000/- from my above credit card account and the EMI of Rs. 2700 (approx) is due. Though I have not taken any loan from them as no amount has been transferred to any saving or current account from ABN bank.
This loan is still showing in my cibil report and effecting my loans and other financial processes. Now the ABN amro bank is taken over by Kotak bank sponsored company, named, Phoenix ARC.
Pl help in this regards.
