This is to inform you that, I have asked the concern companies representative to check the availability of the network in my defined area, then after the confirmation of the same, you can collect the payment for further procedure, But though the person come at my place and confidentially said that the service is available in the area and if in case it is not we refund you the money at the same mode of payment we received.Finally, we agreed and given him the Rs. 650/- in cash(on date 6th of july,2012), for which he has given the receipt as well, and promised us install the connection in 4-7 working days, this company is actually providing the services of MTNL.
But since then we are waiting for him for the update and made so many calls on the provided nos. in receipt as well as on the received no. but no phone is working or picking.
I hereby requesting you to kindly lodge the case against this and asked them to give my money back ASAP.
