i am using 01142331817 airtel landline and broadband services, and i want to change y service provider so i asked them i want to surrender my phone or if you have better services at cheaper rates then please provide me,One of there executive call me that we are providing you free speed on demand services for next three months.i said them ok,please activate it from my new billing months,he simply said yes and sent me email regarding our discussion but when new month came i said them activate it now airtel refuse to activate free speed on demand service for a next 3 months.they are fooling people,charge expensive plans,waste my time.
