Pathetic service from Citi Bank Credit Card.
The call center executive disconnected the call on Friday i.e. 07/06/2013.
When I called them up next time the call was escalated to supervisor Manish, who promised me a call back with in 3:00 PM on 07/06/2013. I never received a call from him. I again called them & the call was escalated to Supervisor Supriya. She promised that the card will get delivered to me on 07/06/2013 by evening. Later again I received a call from Manish at 7:10 PM saying that they will not be able to deliver the card.
Now on Monday morning i.e on 10/06/2013 I called up CITI Bank once again & had a work with supervisor Supriya who promised me a call back with in 1 hr i.e. 12:00 PM. Never received a call back hence called up CITI Bank & was talking to Supervisor Prasanth for 4 hours….. When I asked compensation from them they refused. My entire day was wasted because of them. I want justice.
