False claim of service in 48 hrs, no revert since 1 week

Name of company/service: Eureka Forbes

Eureka Forbes has been deficient in providing me service since one week. Website chat is not live, escalate your complaint& customer care email -No revert.Call center tells u to call local contact Franchisee directly & he takes u for a ride.The co is helpless in hands of local service center.Poor service.On installation a few things were robbed, next on service used candle was put, on catching red handed was told oh by mistake & now the local center tells me to wait some day service will happen.
