I am using TATA DOCOMO prepaid number of Pune and currently I am in Hyderabad from last 2 and Half months.
I want to lodge a complaint regarding the false billing to my pre-paid mobile number and then towards the negative attitude of customer care executives (CCE).
Below is the details of billing charged to my number in the attachment.
As you can clearly see the highlighted call details. I am supposed to pay on per second basis @1Paise per second and for ISD call to Canada @ 11 Paise per second. But I have been charged an extra amount. Even I was charged for dialing my own number and yes, I am not sure that I have dialed my own number.
I tried to explain my concern to the CCE but they wasted my time. Now it is my request to kindly get my extra amount reimbursed and take necessary action for the irresponsible behavior of CCE.
To make things clear till yesterday my all calls were charged at 1Paise per second and I am still using TATA DOCOMO network selected via manual network selection 405-025 for Hyderabad.
