Name of company/service: Tikona wireless broadband
Dear sir,
This is regarding the illegal act done by Tikona wireless broadband. I have taken this connection in July 2011. After taking the connection, speed and customer care service was extremely poor. So i requested them to disconnect the service.But they didn’t done and every month use to generate the bill.This is their way of making money.
My Service ID is 1104116119 for the broadband connection.
Pls guide me how to get rid of this kind of torture.
