False Balance deduction

Name of company/service: Reliance mobile

Mera name vipul he mera mobile no. 9327159187 he. Ye reliance company ka he. Mene 20.06.2012 ko 5o Rs. Ka recharge karvaya. To na balance aya. To mene kai bar customer care me call kiya. To vo na hi meri complain note karte he, na hi is deduction ka javab de pa rahe he. So pls help me. Reliance is bad mobile service provider.
