Hi,
I want share another pathethic service experience of Loop Mobile Service. I was 10 ka Gang customner, Loop on thier website inaugurated new scheme i.e Suhana Safar under which the customenr will get 2 GB free internet per month for the first 3 month & 10 daily free sms. My main prpose was free internet, so i migrated from 10 ka gang to suhana safar plan by doing etopup of Rs 47 ( as the process mentioned in Loop Website). I waited 1 day for its activation, then surf net . . .i saw mt balance was getting deducted. I complaint to Loop Customner Care ( which is again pathethic., u hv to put efforts to speak and understand ur problem to them – Executiven mae was Mr Akhil. When i discuss the problem , he told me that the scheme is only for new customner wherein in the website it is clearly written that its for New, Existing & MNP customner. When i told this he said, he is takg my complaint and when i asked for my complaint ref no . . he had taken 15-20 minutes. . . .i asked for scheme benifits or money . . . But no reply from thier side . .. Guys pls dont go for Loop Mobile its worst , pathetic. . .$%#$$3 . . . . Complaint Ref No is 210616352
