After so much harassment from HDFC BANK services and then I am sending this mail to you. I have my Salary Account in DEFENCE COLONY (HDFC Branch).
On 28 May 2012 , I was withdraw Rs. 500 from my Account from Deutsche Bank ATM ( Sector -58, Noida) at 7:57 PM.
At that time I have left Rs 2596.13 balance in my Account But When I was checked my Account on same day at 10PM .
My account shows the balance left only Rs. 96.13 in My Account. I was shocked that how was this happened. So that i was call HDFC Customer care then The costume care told me that this withdraw of Rs 2500 done by Myself which i was not done. But they did not agree with me after that she register my complain (complain no is 411983). and told me that your problem resolve within 7 days. After 7days my issue are same as .So i was go to nearest HDFC branch ( South Ex Part 2, New Delhi) here the concern guy told me “I am liar, all withdraw done by myself. And refuse my request.”
After that i was call again the customer care then they told my that HDFC send me a Claiming Form for that but still i was not got any such kind of form.
My Major concern it that “I was lost Rs 2500 from my account which did not done by myself and after 2 months of contacting many person from HDFC bank and still my problem is not sort-out.”
