Dear Sir,
I purchased 2 Crompton Greaves ceiling fans from Lonavla from M/s Super Agencies on 6-2-2011 having company warranty card of 2 years. One fan stopped working after one month. After complaining, shopkeeper asked me to take help of “online desk” of crompton greaves. After contact with ‘Help Desk’deputed workemen visited my house & informed me that bill is having 2 years valid warranty but as per companies manufacturing batch production it does not cover. I asked the shopkeeper about it & he promised me to repair it on his own cost. Thereafter, the said fan was repaired by the shopkeeper for 3 times but it remained faulty & now it is completely in dead condition. I asked the shopkeeper to replace it & if not then I will file a case of cheating & harrasement but he did not respond in right manner.
