Respected Sir,
I am Biswanath Das from Barrackpore,Kolkata-700121.I have been using Reliance CDMA since I was 16 years old.But the below mentioned incident has totally changed my faith on Reliance.
On 6.01.12 at 10:46 a.m I received a sms from them i.e. “Aro bhalo offer ! Unlimited 299 er subidhe paan matro Rs.249 e 30 dinner validitir sathe sudhu matro apnar jonnyo.Reliance CDMA.”
I have recharge the same amount on the same date at 8:39 p.m.
Then I came to know that my main balance is being deducted still for making call.
I immediately informed customer care service they said it will take 24 hrs to be activated I waited but it did not, then contacted them again they took a complain form me and told me to wait for 48 hrs but now time is over and have contacted them a few minutes ago now they are telling me that I am not eligible for that offer.
3 days ago I was a believer in Reliance I recommended so many people to have it, but now I will recommend for not having it because their service is filthy and don’t want anybody to have a experience like me.
For Rs.250 I have to work for approximate 3 days and my labor is now wasted.
