How these people get the Indian Numbers and why the Telecom companies activate these numbers without investigation ? Morever how they get the database shows the corruption.

I just want to inform all the innocent people about this fake sms and i also want you guys to help spread awarness among innocnet people about this type of scams.
I request u to forward my complain to the delhi police so that they can take some action on such people who send this type of fake sms.

Message was like this :

What can be meaning of this message ?
