Fake Commitments

Name of company/service: tata communication

I booked broadband service from tata communication
they came to my place and took money from me for instillation fee and one month deposit fee in advance.
executive (karansdeep singh) was the person who cam to my place on 05 june 2012
and he took all my documents as well.
He committed me that instillation people will come after two day to do their work.
when i din’t heard anything for like 3 days from them i started trying the number he gave me Which he dint answer.
but today i called that executive from other number he did answer and he said the dont provide broadband anymore.

What kind of service is this?
What about my money?
what they dint gave me a courtesy call?

all most 15 days no broadband at my place and face so much problem in my business because of them.

i called one of his senior and he said there no registration by your name.
and i have got Text on my mobile that my plan and some other this is activated.

Please kindly do something in this matter

And please suggest some good broadband in palam sadh nagar new delhi area.
