Name of company/service: ONLINE PRODUCT ORDER
I HAD ORDERED A PRODUCT FROM FLIPKART.COM ON 15 NOV 2012.
THE RECIPT OF ORDER CONFIRMATION WAS AS BELOW;

Product Details;Bajaj ATX 4 Pop Up Toaster
Estimated Shipment Date; Nov 18, 2012
Estimated Delivery Date; Nov 20, 2012”
I did inquiry about the order status on 19 nov 2012 by calling the customer care number 1800 425 3547, where it was told to me that the product will be delivered to me on 20 nov 2012 between 11am to 7pm.
On 20 nov 2012 at 3pm, i didn’t receive ordered product, so i again called the customer care number 1800 425 3547, this time they gave the status as “in transit at New Delhi” and will be delivered to me in next 3 to 4 days i.e on 23 0r 24 nov 2012.
This shows that the company,

Gives commitments regarding product delivery as they told me;
“Your Shipment was sent through:- FSD. Shipment Tracking id:- DP02255862 .
Please note that tracking ID may take up to 24 hours to be activated
You will receive your shipment in 2-3 working days.”
Which stands fake and incorrect and are not bothered to keep their commitments regarding on time delivery and customer service.
