Fake Certificate

Dear Sir,
I am Jaspreet Singh.In 2009, me & my cousin (Jarnail Singh), we did get admission in ICFE’s branch at “sai apex college, mohini tower, near passport office, priye darshani nagar bareilly” for account & finance course. I did submit the total fees of account & finance course And i did done the complete study of 14th month.
In result time, Mr. Subodh gupta(Director of branch) give us the certificate of account & finance.
when I verified that certificates in ICFE’s head office, then we found that the both certificates are fake.And I din’t find any record of me in ICFE’s Head office.
Now I request to you that Please suggest me what should be do to give the punishment for that fraud person.
